She holds an MBA in Technology and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, bringing a diverse skill set from her experience in industries like healthcare and renewable energy. As the former Chief of Data and Intellectual Property at Medically Home Group, Inc., she successfully implemented risk programs, ensured regulatory compliance, and developed innovative data strategies that boosted business value.

Before this, Paula was the Senior Vice-President and Chief Strategy Officer at Accordant Energy, LLC, where she helped commercialize renewable fuel technologies from waste. Her ability to navigate complex regulations and develop strategies for technology licensing and intellectual property was key to the company’s success.
